COVID 19 has caused short-term and possibly long-term negative effects for everyone including students. The federal government has provided funding through the Elementary and Secondary Education Relief (ESSER) Grant to address concerns such as learning gaps and mental health issues. Harper ISD is seeking stakeholder input to prioritize activities that will assist our students both academically and psychologically.
