NEW IMMUNIZATION POLICY

ALL immunizations must be current according to Texas State Law.  Please provide the school with a current copy of the students' shot records.  Contact Sheley Smith, School Nurse, with any questions at 830-864-4044, ext. 1404 or at ssmith@harperisd.net 

As a reminder, all incoming Kindergarten students must have current 4-year booster immunizations and all incoming 7th-grade students must have current TDAP and Meningitis immunizations. For more information on the 2017-2018 Texas Minimum State Vaccine Requirements for Students Grades K-12.
